RETURNS POLICY

We put a lot of love into all of our garments so we want you to love them just as much as us. As such, if for any reason your unhappy with your purchase please follow our returns policy below and we will happily issue you a full refund.

  • Within 7 days of receiving your item/s please email us at info@colourcoded.com.au with your order number in the subject line. Let us know which items you will be returning and reason for your return. We will respond with an identification number to include on your returns form.
  • Print and complete our returns form found here
  • For a refund to be issued, it must be posted within 7 days of our reply email.
  • Please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit to us is the responsibility of the customer
  • Please ensure the items/s you return are in their original condition; unworn with the swing tags attached.
  • We will not refund the initial shipping cost (international orders), nor will we cover the cost of your return shipment (all orders).
  • For exchanges, you will need to include a pre-paid return envelope inside with your return address.

Refunds will only be processed after you have received an approval email with an identification number. 

Provided these conditions have been met we will issue you a refund. Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete.

Please keep in mind we are a small business, however we will respond to your email within 3 business days.
